"الموقع" - afc.cc وجميع النطاقات الفرعية التابعة له.
"الخدمة" - خدمات إنشاء وإدارة وتحليل رموز QR المقدمة عبر الموقع.
"المستخدم" / "أنت" - أي شخص أو جهة تستخدم الخدمة.
"المحتوى" - أي بيانات، نصوص، صور، روابط، أو معلومات يتم إدخالها أو إنشاؤها عبر الخدمة.
"الاشتراك" - خطة مدفوعة تمنح صلاحيات محددة.
باستخدامك للخدمة، أنت تقر وتضمن أن: عمرك ١٨ سنة على الأقل، أو لديك موافقة ولي الأمر، ولديك الأهلية القانونية لإبرام عقد ملزم، ولست ممنوعاً من استخدام الخدمة بموجب قوانين بلدك.
عند إنشاء حساب، يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة وحديثة. أنت مسؤول عن: الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول، جميع الأنشطة تحت حسابك، إخطارنا فوراً بأي استخدام غير مصرح به. نحتفظ بالحق في تعطيل أي حساب يقدم معلومات غير دقيقة أو ينتهك الشروط.
الخطط المتاحة: مجانية، شهرية، سنوية، ومدى الحياة. الأسعار كما هي موضحة في صفحة الأسعار وقابلة للتغيير.
التجديد التلقائي: الخطط الشهرية والسنوية تتجدد تلقائياً. يمكنك الإلغاء قبل موعد التجديد بـ ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل.
طرق الدفع: نقبل الدفع عبر البطاقات الائتمانية وبوابات الدفع المتاحة. أنت توافق على دفع جميع الرسوم المطبقة.
تغيير الأسعار: نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار مع إشعار ٣٠ يوماً. التغييرات تسري على دورة الفوترة التالية.
فشل الدفع: في حال فشل الدفع، تحتفظ الخدمة بالحق في تعليق الحساب بعد ٣ محاولات فاشلة خلال ٧ أيام.
الضرائب: جميع الأسعار لا تشمل الضرائب المطبقة. أنت مسؤول عن دفع أي ضرائب مفروضة.
تعريف "مدى الحياة": الاشتراك مدى الحياة هو دفعة واحدة تمنح وصولاً دائماً للميزات المدفوعة بدون رسوم متكررة. "مدى الحياة" تعني طوال فترة استمرار afc.cc في تقديم الخدمة بشكل تجاري؛ ولا تنشئ أي التزام قانوني أو تعاقدي بتشغيل الخدمة إلى أجل غير مسمى.
توقف الخدمة: في حال توقف الشركة عن العمل، إفلاسها، تصفيتها، اندماجها، استحواذ جهة أخرى عليها، أو توقف الخدمة لأي سبب كان، ينتهي الاشتراك مدى الحياة تلقائياً ولا يحق للمستخدم المطالبة بأي تعويض أو استرداد للمبلغ المدفوع.
نطاق الخدمة: الاشتراك مدى الحياة يشمل الميزات المدرجة في الخطة وقت الشراء. الميزات الجديدة التي تطلقها الشركة قد لا تكون مشمولة.
عدم قابلية التحويل: الاشتراك مدى الحياة مرتبط بالحساب المشتري ولا يجوز بيعه أو التنازل عنه أو تحويله لطرف آخر.
الإلغاء: الاشتراك مدى الحياة غير قابل للاسترداد بعد ٧ أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
إساءة الاستخدام: يحق لنا إلغاء الاشتراك مدى الحياة فوراً في حال مخالفة الشروط أو استخدام الخدمة في أنشطة غير قانونية.
أنت توافق على عدم استخدام الخدمة في:
أنت تحتفظ بجميع حقوق المحتوى الذي تنشئه. بإنشائك للمحتوى، أنت تمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري لاستضافة وعرض المحتوى اللازم لتقديم الخدمة. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن: قانونية المحتوى، دقة المعلومات، الحقوق اللازمة لنشر المحتوى، أي مطالبات من أطراف ثالثة.
الخدمة، الموقع، الشعار، العلامات التجارية، التصاميم، والأكواد البرمجية هي ملك حصري لـ afc.cc ومحمية بقوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية. لا يجوز نسخ، تعديل، توزيع، بيع، أو تأجير أي جزء من الخدمة بدون إذن كتابي.
جمع واستخدام بياناتك يخضع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. باستخدامك للخدمة، أنت توافق على جمع واستخدام بياناتك وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية.
نسعى لتوفير الخدمة بنسبة توفر ٩٩.٩٪ ولكن لا نضمن عدم انقطاعها. نحتفظ بالحق في إيقاف الخدمة مؤقتاً للصيانة أو التحديثات مع إشعار مسبق كلما أمكن. لسنا مسؤولين عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن انقطاع الخدمة.
قد تتكامل الخدمة مع خدمات طرف ثالث (بوابات دفع، خدمات تحليل). نحن غير مسؤولين عن أداء أو سياسات هذه الخدمات. استخدامك لهذه الخدمات يخضع لشروطها الخاصة.
يمكنك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت. نحتفظ بالحق في: تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك فوراً عند مخالفة الشروط، إزالة أي محتوى مخالف، رفض تقديم الخدمة لأي شخص. عند الإنهاء: تفقد صلاحية الوصول للخدمة، قد نحتفظ ببعض البيانات وفقاً للقوانين، الرسوم المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد (باستثناء ما تنص عليه سياسة الاسترداد).
الخدمة مقدمة "كما هي" و"كما هي متاحة" بدون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نضمن: أن الخدمة ستلبي جميع متطلباتك، أن الخدمة ستكون خالية من الأخطاء، أن رموز QR ستعمل على جميع الأجهزة، دقة تحليلات البيانات بنسبة ١٠٠٪.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون: لن تكون afc.cc مسؤولة عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة. إجمالي مسؤوليتنا تجاهك لن يتجاوز المبلغ الذي دفعته خلال آخر ١٢ شهراً. لا نتحمل مسؤولية: فقدان الأرباح أو البيانات، انقطاع الأعمال، الأضرار الناتجة عن محتوى المستخدمين.
أنت توافق على تعويض وحماية afc.cc وموظفيها من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو مصاريف (بما في ذلك أتعاب المحاماة) ناتجة عن: استخدامك للخدمة، المحتوى الذي تنشئه، انتهاكك لهذه الشروط، انتهاكك لحقوق الطرف الثالث.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. التعديلات الجوهرية يتم الإشعار بها عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار داخل الخدمة قبل ١٥ يوماً من سريانها. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التعديلات يعتبر قبولاً بها.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع يتم محاولة حله ودياً أولاً عبر التواصل معنا. إذا تعذر الحل الودي، تختص محاكم المملكة العربية السعودية بنظر النزاع.
إذا تبين أن أي بند غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى البنود الأخرى سارية. عدم ممارستنا لأي حق لا يعتبر تنازلاً عنه. لا يجوز لك التنازل عن حقوقك أو التزاماتك بموجب هذه الشروط دون موافقتنا الخطية.

By using afc.cc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all referenced policies. If you disagree with any part, you must immediately cease using the Service.
"Website" — afc.cc and all its subdomains.
"Service" — QR code generation, management, and analytics provided through the Website.
"User" / "You" — any person or entity using the Service.
"Content" — any data, text, images, links, or information entered or generated through the Service.
"Subscription" — a paid plan granting specific access rights.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for: maintaining login confidentiality, all activities under your account, notifying us immediately of unauthorized use. We reserve the right to disable any account with inaccurate information or that violates these terms.
Available Plans: Free, Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime. Pricing as displayed on our Pricing page and subject to change.
Auto-Renewal: Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew. You may cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards and available payment gateways. You agree to pay all applicable fees.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days notice. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.
Failed Payments: The Service may suspend accounts after 3 failed payment attempts within 7 days.
Taxes: All prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes imposed.
Definition of "Lifetime": A Lifetime subscription is a one-time payment granting permanent access to paid features with no recurring charges. "Lifetime" means for as long as afc.cc continues to operate the Service commercially; it does not create any legal or contractual obligation to operate the Service indefinitely.
Service Discontinuation: If the company ceases operations, declares bankruptcy, undergoes liquidation, merges, is acquired by another entity, or discontinues the Service for any reason, the Lifetime subscription terminates automatically and the user shall have no right to claim compensation or refund of the amount paid.
Scope of Service: The Lifetime subscription includes features listed in the plan at the time of purchase. New features subsequently launched by the company may not be included.
Non-Transferability: Lifetime access is tied to the purchasing account and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to another party.
Cancellation: Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Abuse: We reserve the right to immediately cancel a Lifetime subscription in case of terms violation or use of the Service for illegal activities.
You agree not to use the Service for:
You retain all rights to content you create. By creating content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display content necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for: content legality, information accuracy, rights to publish the content, any third-party claims.
The Service, Website, logo, trademarks, designs, and source code are the exclusive property of afc.cc and protected by copyright and trademark laws. No part of the Service may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or leased without written permission.
Collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data collection and use per the Privacy Policy.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates with prior notice whenever possible. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, analytics). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these services. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms.
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to: suspend or terminate your account immediately upon terms violation, remove any violating content, refuse service to anyone. Upon termination: your access to the Service is revoked, we may retain certain data as required by law, paid fees are non-refundable (except as stated in the Refund Policy).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant: the Service will meet all your requirements, the Service will be error-free, QR codes will function on all devices, 100% accuracy of analytics data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: afc.cc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for: loss of profits or data, business interruption, damages from user content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless afc.cc and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: your use of the Service, content you create, your violation of these terms, your violation of third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-Service notice 15 days before effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through contacting us. If amicable resolution fails, the courts of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.
